Rural Payday is a not-for-profit corporation established to support community and economic growth in New Mexico's small and rural communities. Rural Payday's membership consists of executives from economic development corporations, chambers of commerce, regional development groups, and a wide variety city and county personnel. Development services firms like architects, engineers, and construction companies also support our efforts.
Rural Payday's operations are directed by a sixteen member Board of Directors. The Officers include the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Directors reside in all areas of New Mexico and span a wide variety of business organizations. The Officers and Directors are listed below.

Membership in Rural Payday is open
to individuals and firms wishing to help promote and support the interests of
New Mexico's small and rural communities. Rural Payday maintains several active
committees including -
Membership - works to attract, retain and assimilate new members into the organization. Conducts research into the programmatic and educational interests of the membership.
Marketing - organizes tradeshows and other marketing initiatives to promote New Mexico's small and rural communities as a location for business expansion, relocation or consolidation.
Fund Raising - solicits major contributions to support the organization's mission and programs.
Resources - maintains the Resources Page of Rural Payday's website and disseminates data on New Mexico and member communities.
Legislative Affairs - recommends the organization's legislative agenda and coordinates with other economic development allies pursuing common legislative goals such as the Incentives for Jobs Coalition and New Mexico Industrial Development Executives Association.
